Job Type: 360 Plant Operators

Salary: £23 - £25 per hour (CIS)

Location: South West England & Wales (Bristol/Gloucester/Cardiff)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and safety-conscious 360 Plant Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently across construction and civil engineering sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plant machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment
• Carry out daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Work to site plans, drawings and instructions from supervisors
• Assist with general site duties when required
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company health and safety procedures
• Report defects, faults and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain plant machinery in good working condition

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience operating construction plant machinery
• Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator certification
• Good understanding of site safety and operational procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to work
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
