Rolling Stock Technician - Class 230

Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of Class 230 rolling stock. Duties include planned and reactive maintenance, mechanical and electrical fault-finding, component replacement, testing, and compliance with rail safety standards, maintenance schedules, and company procedures. Works effectively as part of a depot team to ensure fleet availability, reliability, and safe operation. Automotive experience would be beneficial for this position.

Salary £69,000.00 PAYE

£2,000 increase in salary each year on the anniversary of commencement of employment

28-days holiday incl.BH

Overtime paid at 1.25

Location: Birkenhead
