We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Boat Builders to join a marine manufacturing and repair team based in Plymouth. The successful candidates will be involved in the construction, repair, and refit of a range of vessels to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, repair, and refit marine vessels
• Work with materials including GRP, timber, composites, and associated marine materials
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Install fixtures, fittings, and structural components
• Carry out finishing work to a high quality standard
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with company health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in boat building, marine engineering, or a similar trade background
• Competent in the use of hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant trade or marine qualifications are advantageous but not essential
